How does the free trial work?
All plans come with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your studio.
Are there any transaction fees?
FitBook does not charge any transaction fees on payments you collect. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), which go directly to Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as an "active member"?
An active member is anyone who has booked a class or has an active membership in the last 30 days. Inactive members don't count against your limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and we'll help you export your data.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available with 2 months free. Contact us for annual pricing and we'll set you up.
